Ordering
How long does a personalized song take?
Quick Gift targets 72 hours. Premium Keepsake takes 3-5 days because it includes a human review pass. Event Grade is planned around your event date.
What do I receive?
Every order includes a custom song, MP3 download, full lyric page, and private reveal page. Premium and Event tiers also include a WAV master and printable lyric sheet.
Can I choose the genre or style?
Yes. The brief asks for sound direction, mood, references, and any styles you want to avoid. If you are not sure, we recommend a route from your story and occasion.
Can I order a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or proposal song?
Yes. Those are core Song Tailor occasions. Trust and support
Is the reveal page private?
Yes. Reveal pages use unguessable URLs and are not intended for search indexing. We do not publish customer songs or stories without permission.
Are revisions included?
Premium Keepsake includes one free guided revision. Event Grade includes revisions until the event date. Quick Gift is final-sale unless you add a paid revision option.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are limited because custom songs are made from your brief. When a revision is included, we use that process to make the gift right.
Do you imitate famous artists or celebrity voices?
No. Song Tailor does not imitate identifiable celebrity voices, named recording artists, or copyrighted vocal styles.
Can I use the song publicly?
Personal sharing is included. For broadcast, paid advertising, monetized content, or commercial use, contact hi@songtailor.co before ordering.
