If the tone, story, or pronunciation misses, tell us within 14 days and we will revise once at no extra cost.
You get 4 studio takes to choose from, and we revise as many times as needed for 7 days after ordering so the song is right when it plays.
How a revision works
- Reply to your delivery email or use the support form with your order ID.
- Tell us specifically what missed — tone, a name, a fact, a line. The more specific, the faster the fix.
- Revisions turn around in 2–4 business days for Premium, prioritised for Event Grade.
When we issue a cash refund
- We cannot fulfil the order — brief violates content rules, or a deadline miss we caused on Event Grade. Full refund.
- Premium Keepsake fails after one revision — choose another revision or a 50% refund.
- Duplicate or accidental purchase reported within 24 hours before production starts.
