Cost & value
How much does a custom song cost from Song Tailor?
Quick Gift starts at $39. Premium Keepsake is $89. Event Grade starts at $149+. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or upselling after checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. Every tier includes a custom song, a private reveal page, and the full lyrics.
Why does Event Grade cost more than the other tiers?
Event Grade includes 4 studio takes to choose from, priority production, concierge QA, a lyric video, a photo slideshow, and unlimited revisions for 7 days after ordering. It’s built for weddings, proposals, memorials, and public reveals where the stakes are higher and the moment has to land.
Can I get a custom song for under $50?
Yes. Quick Gift starts at $39 and includes a full custom song, a private reveal page, and the lyrics. At that price, it’s one of the most affordable custom song gifts available. Read our guide to custom songs under $50 →

Why is Song Tailor cheaper than other custom song services?
We combine AI-assisted song drafting with human producer review rather than relying on a large roster of session musicians. This hybrid model delivers the same emotional outcome at roughly one-third the price — without sacrificing quality where it matters. Premium Keepsake and Event Grade include a dedicated human review pass for tone, pronunciation, and emotional fit.
Add-ons, revisions & refunds
Can I add the gift-wrapped reveal or other add-ons after placing my order?
Add-ons are selected at checkout. If you change your mind after ordering, contact hi@songtailor.co and we will help if the song is still in production. Once production begins, some add-ons (like rush delivery) cannot be applied retroactively.
Are there hidden fees for revisions on Quick Gift?
No. Quick Gift is final-sale, which means the song ships as produced. You can add a paid extra revision ($9) at checkout if you want a safety net. Premium Keepsake includes one free guided revision; Event Grade includes unlimited revisions for 7 days after ordering.
What is the refund policy for custom songs?
Because each song is custom-made from your personal story, we take a revisions-first approach. Premium Keepsake includes one free guided revision. Event Grade includes unlimited revisions for 7 days after ordering. If we genuinely cannot get it right after revisions, refunds are considered case-by-case. Quick Gift is final-sale. Payments & currency
Do prices change based on country or currency?
Yes. Prices are shown in your local currency based on your region: USD ($), GBP (£), or EUR (€). The same features and tiers are available in all supported regions. Prices are fixed per region — there are no surprise exchange-rate adjustments at checkout.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. Song Tailor is a one-time purchase. You pay once — you get the song, the reveal page, the downloads, and revision support per your tier. No recurring charges, ever.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our payment partner Dodo Payments. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported at checkout. All transactions are processed securely, and Song Tailor never sees or stores your card details.
