How do revisions work?
Premium Keepsake includes one free guided revision. Event Grade includes revisions until your event date. Quick Gift is final-sale; if you need help after delivery, send the details and we will confirm any paid revision option before work begins. Full refund & revision policy
How fast will you respond?
One business day for support tickets. Revisions turn around in 2-4 business days for Premium, prioritized for Event Grade.
Can I get a refund?
Cash refunds apply in a narrow set of cases — in most situations we use revisions to make it right. See refund policy
Is my story private?
Yes. Stories, songs, names, and reactions are never used publicly without explicit consent. See privacy policy
Do you imitate famous artists?
